Pomegranate ice cream

• 1 Pomegranate (about 200 grams)
• 4 natural yoghurt
• 150 ml water
• 150ml milk
• 20 grams of seed of taste (e.g., poppy or sesame)
• 2 gelatine leaves
• 20 grams brown sugar (or honey)
• 1 lemon (zest and juice)

Preparation method
Start by moisturize the gelatine leaves in water.
At the same time, peel the pomegranatel, add water, sugar / honey, zest and lemon juice and mash. Wrap this mixture well with the yogurt with milk and gelatine leaves.
Set aside in the freezer for about 8 hours, taking care to stir at least twice over this time.
Serve cold sprinkled with seeds.
